Homemade Granola Bars | easy & healthy

Zutaten

  • 3 bananas
  • 250 g oat flakes
  • 2 tbs flaxseeds
  • 80 g buckwheat
  • 40 g amaranth pops
  • 60 g almonds
  • 60 g peanuts (not salted)
  • 100 g peanut butter
  • 100 g honey
  • 5 EL liquid coconut oil
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pulp of a vanilla bean or 1/2 tsp vanilla aroma
  • 100 g chocolate of choice

Anleitungen

  • Preheat the oven to 150°C. Cover the bottom of a 24x24cm baking tin with baking paper. Grease the baking tin with some butter.
  • Now roughly chop the nuts and mash the bananas with a fork. Put all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Spread the granola bar mixture in the baking tin (the mixture should be about 1.5cm high). Press the surface as even and firmly as possible. Bake for about 25 minutes. Remove the baked granola bars from the oven and press it again until firm. Let the mixture cool down and then cut into muesli bars of the same size.
  • Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Cover the granola bars with it as prefered.
