Healthy Açaí Bowl

Zutaten

  • 3 tbs acai powder or 150g frozen acai puree
  • 3 bananas frozen
  • 1/2 banana
  • 80 ml almond milk or milk of choice
  • 2 tbs lime juice
  • 1/2 tbs maple syrup (optional)

Toppings

  • granola
  • coconut chips
  • chia seeds
  • berries/ fruits of choice
  • nut butter

Anleitungen

  • Peel three bananas the day before and freeze them in whole pieces. Just before preparation, take the bananas out of the freezer and cut them into pieces with a sharp knife. Afterwards let them thaw for 5 minutes, so that the bananas can be mixed to a creamy consistency afterwards.
  • Mix all ingredients in a high speed blender/ food processor or with a hand mixeer until a creamy, frozen consistency is achieved. I usually mix for 3-4 minutes.
  • Fill the acai smoothie in bowls and add your favourite toppings on your bowl.
  • Enjoy immediately!
