Berry-Hemp Ice Cream Popsicles

  • 300 g Greek yoghurt 2% fat
  • 150 ml whipped cream
  • 60 g honey (or agave syrup/ maple syrup)
  • 1 tbs organic hemp protein berries from MEDIHEMP
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 banana
  • 280g berries of choice (raspberries, blackberries, red currant, strawberries,...)
  • 1 banana or other fruits of choice
  • Optional: desired amount of CBD oil / popsicle from MEDIHEMP


  • First wash the berries and drain them well. Mix 180g berries together with 10g honey using a hand mixer to a puree. Stir in 1 tbsp hemp protein and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
  • Now mix Greek yoghurt with lemon juice and the remaining honey. Whip the cream with a hand mixer and fold into the yoghurt mixture. Peel and quarter the banana and cut it into small cubes. Fold into the yoghurt mixture together with the remaining berries.
    Optional: If you want to add some CBD to your popsicles: Stir the desired amount of CBD drops into the yoghurt mixture. The yoghurt mixture is enough for about 10 popsicles. Simply calculate the desired number of drops x 10. Please follow the recommended quantity of CBD.
  • When filling the ice cream moulds you can choose the following options or make each ice cream your own creation. Option 1: Fill about 1/3 of the ice cream moulds with berry puree and finish with yoghurt.  Option 2: Roughly mix the berry puree with the yoghurt mixture and fill into the ice cream moulds. Option 3: Fill the ice cream moulds only with the yoghurt mixture.
  • Put the lid on the moulds and the wooden handles about 2/3 into the ice cream moulds. Keep the popsicles in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight.
    Tip: The popsicles can be easily removed from the mould by holding the mould under hot running water.
